The vendor required to provide temporary staffing and recruitment services on an as-needed basis.
- Services may support a wide range of positions including, but not limited to, technical, accounting, administrative, clerical, data entry, and project-based roles.
- Requirement:
1. Temporary staffing
• Recruitment, screening, testing, and placement of qualified temporary personnel
• Maintenance of a sufficient pool of qualified candidates
• Rapid response to agency staffing requests
• Assignment management and employee replacement as required
2. Recruitment services (permanent or temp-to-hire)
• Employment application compliance –all candidates complete the agency employment application in compliance with agency equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements.
• Candidate sourcing and headhunting –identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates through its internal databases, external sources, professional networks, and headhunting efforts to match the skills and qualifications required by the applicable job description.
• Sourcing activities may include labor market analysis and the use of social media and other non-traditional recruitment methods.
3. Candidate identification and evaluation
• The contractor shall review and analyze candidate profiles received through applications or other sources and identify candidates who meet the position requirements.
4. Shortlisting of candidates
• The contractor shall submit a shortlist of no more than five (5) of the most qualified candidates to agency for final interviews and selection.
• If shortlisted candidates do not meet agency expectations, agency may request additional candidates.
5. Candidate assessment and interview coordination
• The contractor shall conduct appropriate oral and written assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and potential.
• The contractor shall coordinate and schedule interview appointments with agency human resources staff.
6. Reference verification
• The contractor shall conduct reference checks with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) references provided by each candidate.
• Reference checks may be performed for up to three (3) finalists per position.
7. Recruitment guarantee
• If a hired candidate resigns or is terminated within twelve (12) months of the hire date, the contractor shall provide a suitable replacement candidate at no additional cost to agency.
